CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All exhibits must be the original work of the exhibitor and must have been created in the last 12 months.
All exhibits must be for genuine sale with the exemptions of Primary/Secondary studentís exhibits.
All entry forms must be received or postmarked by Friday 27th January, 2017. No late entries will be accepted.
Delivery of work. Drouin Football Club rooms Sinclair Street Drouin 1 - 4pm on Sunday 5th February 2017.
Collection of work. Drouin Football Club rooms Sinclair Street Drouin 4.30 - 5.30pm on Sunday 12th February 2017
All entries will be seen by the selection panel, and will be hung at the organisers discretion, dependant upon space available.
Each work is eligible for one prize only, with the judgesí decision being final. (Peoples choice award and Best Exhibit are exempt from this rule). Awards are non-acquisitive unless otherwise stated.
25% commission will be charged on all sales. The price stated on entry the form must include the commission and this price will be used as the sale price. GST is the responsibility of the artist.
Limit of 3 entries per person. If entering 3 exhibits one must be a small exhibit (max 20cmx20cm including frame).
2D ARTWORKS must be suitably framed and securely wired for hanging. Maximum size accepted is 1.2mts in any direction.
3D ARTWORKS must be able to be moved into and out of exhibition space by yourself. Maximum size accepted is 1.2mtrs width by 2.2mtrs height.
Artistís name, Address plus Price must be attached to the back or underside of each exhibit entered.
Entry Fee is $10 per entry, payable by cheque or EFT ñ details on entry form. Fee is non refundable. There is no entry fee for primary/secondary students
The Committee reserves the right to use any artwork for promotional purposes.
All reasonable care will be taken with artworks, but artists are responsible for their own insurance.
Finalists will be advised after the judging on the afternoon of Wednesday February 25th. The committee requests the attendance of finalists at the presentation night where possible.
