Jan O’Loughlin is a poet and teacher living on Wangal land in Sydney. She taught English in Japan from 1985 to 2010, sometimes utilising poetry. Her haiku and tanka have appeared in many Australian, American and Japanese publications. Jan enjoys singing in choirs, studying Japanese and teaching workshops on poetry.
