How to submit your entry:

Entry is $5 members and $6 non-members

Payment to be made at time of entering via credit card/PayPal, bank transfer, direct deposit or Pay by Cash at Gallery

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All works must be the original work of the exhibitor.

20% commission will be deducted for any work sold.

Works for hanging must be framed or presented with a secure hanging system. Flat D ring hangers and strong wire are desirable.

Entries will be displayed at the Station Galley Yarragon and at the Committee's discretion.

Any damage to or loss of any exhibit whether in transit, on display, in storage or otherwise, shall be the sole responsibility of the artist.

The Baw Baw Arts Alliance will take every care with exhibits but does not accept responsibility for any such damage or loss and advise exhibitors to insure against any damage or loss.

Runs 6th November to 1st December 2019.

Exhibits must be clearly marked on the back with the title, artist's name, print method, medium and sale price.

Entry forms are due by Thursday 31st October 5pm  - Late entries will not be accepted.

All work must be delivered to Station Gallery Yarragon on Sunday 3rd November between 4-5pm

Work to be collected on Sunday 1st December 4pm
